During the holiday season, christmas trees light up rooms, markets, hospitals and Main streets. Christmas lights, though up only a few months out of the year, make an interesting subject to photograph. Long exposures, steady hands (or a tripod) and some time with christmas carols turn regular white lights into a tricked-out game of maze. Where the beginning meets the end is a game for days to come.

My sister went skydiving a few Saturdays ago at Skydive KY in Elizabethtown. It was a beautiful early Fall day...to jump out of an airplane that is. Keep posted next spring when it's my turn to jump.

Jess and I made the trip down to our alma mater for their first game in the new renovated Houchens Industries-L.T. Smith Stadium. Over 22,000 packed into the stands to watch the 50-9 victory. T-O-P-S, Tops, Tops, Tops.
